Have you lost someone close to you recently or in the past? Are you struggling to understand the roller coaster of emotions that you or a loved on are going through? Jennifer Preston has written a beautiful and touching film, 'Milo'. Milo is a snapshot into what grief/bereavement can look like in one family. It follows the different journeys that each family member travels when they loose a lost one. Today we speak to Jennifer about her journey in making this film and why it is important to her to get this film made. Take a sneak peek at our last Creative Alliance #IndieFilmFete19! Home of the best of INDEPENDENT film. We screened 7 short films, enabled the launch of 6 new creative and self-care businesses, included a dedicated platform to young creatives to showcase their work, raised awareness of 2 charitable creative organisations while also showcasing an art exhibition for artiest exploring mental health in the black community. Our aim was to give a holistic experience to our guests entertainment and networking opportunities thus creating an event to inspire, remember and grow.

Indie Film Fete 3.0 We hope you have enjoyed all the films shown today along with the Q+A sessions from the filmmakers.  We work hard to ensure our festival is accessible as possible and share our content for free.
