Here at the Creative Alliance , we believe as filmmakers and creatives in general, 'Together, we are the industry'. This is not an easy industry to get a foot into, and now more than ever,  is important to support each other as creatives. That is why we have decided  that our sister company 'The Creative Lions' will produce one of your wonderful scripts per year. We will help take your script from paper to screen.

Applicants must be UK residents and over the age of 18.

The Creative Alliance will support the winning script writer with pre-production, production and post-production

What type of scripts are we looking for?

We will accept short films of any genre. We are particularly urging female writers and writers from the BAME community to enter.

Is there a maximum length for each script?

Yes, a maximum of 10 minutes or 10 pages 

​

I already have some crew in place, can I still apply?

Absolutely, as long as they have proven experience of working on set, we would love to have them on board.

Do you help with funding?

We can point you in the right direction in terms of organisations and help with set up your crowdfunding but we don't provide or guarantee any funds.

When will production take place?

This will depend on location availability and the constraints we have to abide by with regards to the current pandemic. We are however working towards a July shoot day.

When will I receive the final film?

Again this will be wholly dependant on the availability of post production houses and the current pandemic. We do however envisage post production to be completed within 4 - 6 weeks.
